The SPACCER® Lifting System
For all brands of passenger vehicles A SPACCER® is a high-strength special aluminum coil ring. Based on the chassis number this ring is custom-made to fit the individual coil spring of your vehicle. For example, the VW Golf V series uses more than 24 different coil springs. Therefore, only a custom-made product will ensure a 100 % exact fit. Using a SPACCER® you can lift all vehicle brands and models by up to 48 mm. A single SPACCER® will lift your car by 12 mm at one wheel. You can lift the front axle, the rear axle, or front and rear axle of your vehicle. Each SPACCER® comes with a TÜV test report.
12 mm lift with one SPACCER
A single SPACCER® will lift your car by 12 mm at one wheel. You can lift the front axle, the rear axle, or front and rear axle of your vehicle. Each SPACCER® comes with a TÜV test report. SPACCERs® are black-anodized and thus provide a perfectly subtle appearance of the strut.

+3mm with optional rubber profile for SPACCER
An optional rubber profile can be inserted in the lower SPACCER® groove which will lift your vehicle another 3 mm per SPACCER®.
This provides a fine-tuning capability for the degree of lift desired, while improving your ride comfort owing to the shock and sound absorbing effects of the rubber.

The SPACCER® Technology
How it works: SPACCERs® (marked red) will simply be placed on top (or under) of the spring - done. SPACCERs can be installed on the front axle, rear axle, or on both - even if the vehicle has previously been lowered.
Since SPACCERs® are made from high-grade special aluminum and are subjected to compression forces only they are practically non-wearing.
No vehicle parts will be removed or modified. This is why the vehicle can be easily reconverted in its original state, e.g. when being resold.

The SPACCER® Installation
Step 1
- Lift vehicle with jack or lifting platform
- Remove wheel
- Removecoil spring (not required for vehicles where the installed coil spring can be compressed by means of a spring compressor - then, SPACCER can be mounted while the coil spring is compressed)
Step 2
- Insert SPACCER® top (or bottom)
Whether SPACCER® is placed on top or underneath the spring depends on your type of vehicle, model, and make. The exact mounting position is indicated in the individual installation instructions.
Step 3
- Install coil spring with mounted SPACCER – done.
